The List!

Ok, so I know everyone has been waiting with bated breath for the official list announcement (ahem!)...

The list in all it's entirety (subject to change at my discretion!) is as follows:

1.  Climb Machu Piccu in Peru
2.  Raise at least £3000 for charity
3.  Go to the gym at least 3 times a week for a year
4.  Learn to speak Spanish
5.  Own a pair of expensice shoes
6.  Get another tattoo
7.  Save £100 a month for 3 years
8.  Pay off my bank loan
9.  Put a £100 bet on the table at the casino
10.  Go to the Fat Duck in Bray (Heston Blumenthal's restaraunt) and have the 16 course tasting menu
11.  Walk the Great Glen Way
12.  Buy myself a MacBook
13.  Eat 5 portions of fruit and veg every day for a year
14.  Give blood
15.  Walk the Moonwalk (not the dance!)
16.  Watch all of the Godfather movies
17.  Take afternoon tea at the Ritz
18.  Live without an overdraft for 1 year
19.  Watch the top 100 movies as listed on the IMDB site today (4th October 2010)
20.  Own a pair of GHD's
21.  Drive a fast car
22.  Register with the Anthony Nolan trust
23.  Do a bungee jump
24.  Go to La Tomatina festival in Spain
25.  Read the top 50 novels
26.  Have a proper skin care routine
27.  Take part in an abseil
28.  Knit myself a blanket
29.  Take a scuba diving lesson
30.  Throw a party

And there you have it - 30 things to achieve in 5 years.  I hope that I manage to get through it all - can't wait to start now (although I'm sure the enthusiasm will dip, especially when it comes to going to the gym or giving blood - I'm terrified!). 

If anyone wants to join me in taking part in any of the things on my list I would be delighted to have you come along - whether it's to take part, to take photos, or just for moral support!  Of course, the plan is that I will throw a 30th birthday party to cross off number 30 on the list and then you can all see what I've managed (or failed!) to achieve.  Alternatively, I might die taking part in the bungee jump....maybe I'll reserve that task for when I think I won't manage to finish the list!

I've got my movies list ready to go - just need to sort out my blockbuster account now!  Gonna have a look for the list of novels later on today.  I'll keep this site updated with any list related news.  Off to make a start now!  Hopefully it won't be too long before I have something to report - there's no way this will all be finished in 6 months so I can't be too lazy at the start! :o)
