Day 2....some minor progress!

I decided there was no time like the present to get started on the list tasks!

Task 4, learn to speak Spanish - class booked and I start tomorrow evening! This course will take me up until Christmas and then I'll start 2nd term after the holidays.

Task 14, give blood. This one genuinely terrifies me, so I'd quite like to get it out of the way as soon as possible!! Mum says she will do this one with me. As a fairly regular donor she'll be a good person to take along. There's a drop in session on a Tuesday evening at the hospital so shouldn't be a huge problem ticking this one off :o)

Task 19, watch the 100 classic movies. I watched number 79 on the list last night, "Some Like it Hot". Despite owning it on DVD I had never watched it, and I really enjoyed it! 1 down, 99 to go!!

Task 22, register with the Anthony Nolan trust - I have filled out the online registration forms and I'm waiting for my saliva test package to arrive in the post and then that task will be finished!

Task 25, read the top 50 novels. I have my list of 50 and plan to visit the library to get my first book, "On the Road" by Jack Kerouac, later on this week!

Think that's everything that I've managed to do so far. Might watch another movie later on to move that task forward a bit further.
